congress project - darn close to a gut and rebuild. Both bedrooms outer walls were taken down to the studs and insulated and drywalled. Bathroom was taken down to the floor joists because of water damage. Toilet,shower,sink and a block window was installed. With the block window a new exhaust fan with light and heater was installed too.
